1. Submitting a review

Customers may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and comments about products they purchased or used. Reviews should reflect genuine firsthand experience and should be written in good faith.

2. Content guidelines

Review content must not include:

• False or misleading claims.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language.
• Personal data such as phone numbers, addresses, or payment information.
• Advertising, promotional links, or unrelated third-party content.
• Content that infringes another party’s rights.

3. Moderation and removal

Thunk Things may review, delay, reject, hide, or remove submitted reviews that violate this policy, appear fraudulent, are unrelated to the product, or are otherwise inappropriate for publication.

Moderation is intended to maintain relevance and safety, not to suppress genuine critical feedback.

4. Verified and incentivized reviews

Where possible, Thunk Things may indicate whether a review is associated with a verified purchase. If a review is connected to a discount, giveaway, or other incentive, that relationship should be disclosed in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.

5. Use of review content

By submitting a review, you grant Thunk Things a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with product pages, marketing, and social proof placements, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.
